Corporate governance of PRI Pensionsgaranti

The corporate governance of PRI Pensionsgaranti Mutual Insurance Company is based on Swedish legislation, primarily the Insurance Business Act, regulations and general advice issued by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, the articles of association, and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.

PRI Pensionsgaranti complies with the code with exception of derogations resulting from insurance legislation provisions or due to the fact that the company is a mutual insurance company.

The corporate governance report does not constitute a part of the formal financial statements and has not been reviewed by the company’s auditors.
