PRI Pensions- och stiftelsetjänst AB administrates the occupational pension plan of the banks´ current and former employees and pensioners. PRI calculates the pension liabilities of the pension plan on behalf of SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank.
The pension plan is a collective agreement between The Employers Association of The Swedish Banking Institutions and the Financial Sector Union of Sweden. It is a defined benefit plan where the employer promises a predetermined monthly benefit on retirement and lifelong.
