PRI Pensions- och stiftelsetjänst AB administrates the occupational pension plan of the banks´ current and former employees and pensioners. PRI calculates the pension liabilities of the pension plan on behalf of SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank with 46,000 members and total liability of 23 billion SEK.
The pension plan is a collective agreement between The Employers Association of The Swedish Banking Institutions and the Financial Sector Union of Sweden. It is a defined benefit plan where the employer promises a predetermined monthly benefit on retirement and lifelong.
