Code of conduct
Försäkringsbolaget PRI Pensionsgaranti, ömsesidigt, and its subsidiaries are the companies' cooperating partners for book reserve method pension schemes. The main objective of PRI's ethical work is to create the best possible conditions for maintaining the trust of owners and customers, as well as confidence in the collectively agreed insurance system. Our reputation is crucial to our ability to operate in the market and to meet customers' expectations of us. The code of conduct captures our view on sustainable development and summarises the PRI Group's fundamental values.
PRI's code of conduct shall ensure that PRI is operated with high ethical standards, transparency, and respect for laws and regulations. The code of conduct is our shared guide for how we are to behave and act, both internally and externally. It shows the world how we work with ethics, social responsibility, and the environment. PRI's code of conduct builds on international conventions and guidelines, such as the UN Global Compact.
The code of conduct applies to PRI’s employees and external cooperating partners, such as suppliers and consultants. All of PRI's relationships must be characterised by our core values: commitment, competence, and helpfulness.
PRI Pensionsgaranti is a mutual, non-life insurance company in the area of occupational pensions and is owned by the insured client companies. This means that targets and activities must always be based on the best interests of our customers. PRI contributes to sustainable development because this creates value for both the company and for society as a whole. Sustainability is a natural part of the work of the entire corporate group. Through our operations, we contribute to the growth and competitive strength of our customer companies and, at the same time, create security for the companies' employees – this is sustainable social development.
PRI cooperates with suppliers who share its values. We expect that our suppliers, in turn, transmit our values along their supply chains. A supplier can either sign our code of conduct or have its own codes of conduct that, at a minimum, meets our requirements and is based on the same international standards as the UN Global Compact.
We have a whistleblowing function that enables reporting of irregularities and misconduct. Links are available on our intranet and on PRI's website. Our commitment under the UN Global Compact
